Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Projectdog.com, Projectdoc.com, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not use this website.

Projectdog, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all revisions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the current Terms and Conditions each time they log into the system.


User Authentication

For authentication purposes, your username and password constitute your electronic signature.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any action performed while logged into your account will be considered authorized by you.

Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

Electronic Submission (SOPS)

Scope

This procedure applies to all individuals responsible for preparing, reviewing, approving, and electronically submitting project documents.

For electronic procurements, all submissions must be made exclusively through Projectdoc.com.

Paper copies, emailed submissions, or alternate delivery methods will not be accepted.


Order of Precedence

This Standard Operating Procedure governs only the electronic preparation and submission process.

If a conflict exists between this procedure and any Advertisement, Specifications, Plans, Instructions to Bidders, or procurement documents, this procedure controls only the electronic submission process.

All procurement requirements, contractual obligations, and technical specifications remain unchanged.

Any future Addenda specifically modifying this SOPS automatically supersede conflicting provisions.

Submitter Responsibilities

All software, documents, graphics, logos, and content remain the property of Projectdog, Inc. or their respective owners.

Project documents may contain copyrighted material owned by architects, engineers, consultants, or other parties.

Authorized users may reproduce documents solely for preparing bids or proposals.

Any other reproduction, modification, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.


User Acknowledgments

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for:

Email notifications are provided solely as a convenience and do not replace the user's responsibility to monitor the project portal.


File Upload Requirements

Users must allow adequate time for file uploads before submission deadlines.

Upload times depend upon numerous factors, including:

Failure to upload prior to the deadline will result in automatic rejection.

As a general guideline, allow approximately one minute per megabyte when uploading files.


Electronic Signatures

Electronic procurements are governed by applicable Massachusetts law and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).

Projectdog provides its services on an "AS IS" basis.

Projectdog makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Projectdog does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projectdog, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


Trademarks

Projectdog®, Projectdoc®, logos, graphics, and related marks are trademarks of Projectdog, Inc.

All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.


Third-Party Links

Projectdog may provide links to third-party websites solely for convenience.

Projectdog assumes no responsibility for third-party content or services.


Violations

Violation of these Terms may result in:
