Projectdog is committed to ensuring equal access and opportunity for individuals with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
As a provider of cloud-based procurement Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), we recognize our responsibility to ensure that our digital platform, communications, and employment practices are accessible to all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, cognitive, mobility, and other disabilities.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing business commitment, not a one-time compliance exercise.

This policy applies to:

- (iv) Customer documentation and support resources
- (v) Employment practices and internal systems

Projectdog aligns its platform with:

- (iii) Applicable state-level accessibility mandates

We commit to:
- (i) Keyboard navigability across core procurement workflows
- (ii) Screen reader compatibility (ARIA roles and semantic HTML)
- (iii) Color contrast compliance (minimum 4.5:1 ratio)
- (iv) Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
- (v) Captions for training videos and webinars
- (vi) Clear form labeling and error identification
Accessibility is incorporated into product design, engineering review, and release management.

- (v) Remediation timelines are tracked and reported internally

Users may request accommodations by:
- (i) Support Portal Submission
- (ii) Phone: Phone support M-F 9:00-5:00 EST
6.2 Response Commitment
- (i) Acknowledgement within 2 business days
- (ii) Assessment within 5 business days
- (iii) Remediation timeline provided where applicable
No user will be denied access to services due to a disability.

While third-party systems are outside our direct control, we will advocate for accessible integrations.

10. Non-Retaliation
No employee or customer will face retaliation for requesting accommodations or raising accessibility concerns.
