Deliverables & Procedures

1. All Contract Documents intended for distribution must be in PDF format and uploaded to the Projectdoc website. If a third-party file sharing site is used email a shared link directly to frontdesk@projectdog.com for processing. All Drawings and Specification Sections must be combined into single PDF files, respectively.
2. All documents must be provided to Projectdoc 48HR prior to availability date in order to do a quality review. Otherwise, no review will be completed and the documents will be posted as received.
3. Projectdoc must be notified when project updates are forthcoming and require immediate attention/action. Salient information included in an Addendum such as changes to the bid date(s) should be communicated to Projectdoc.
4. Changes that affect Bid Forms may require Projectdoc System Administrators to reconfigure the online SUBMITAL platform. In these cases, platform updates will be completed and verified prior to the posting of the associated addendum.
5. The client must complete a sub-bid review in a timely fashion so that an official Tabulation is available for General Bidders.
6. If the Client elects Hard Copy Distribution, the Client agrees to inform Projectdoc of the disposition of the returned plan sets within 10 days post bid. Otherwise, the returned plan sets will be recycled by Projectdoc.
