Who can use the Vermont agreement?

Vermont’s Chief Procurement Officer determines eligibility questions. Each Additional Purchaser determines whether use of the agreement fits its procurement policies and regulations.

How to get started

  1. Discuss your project. Tell our Vermont specialist about your procurement process, expected use and support needs. We can demonstrate the relevant workflows.
  2. Define the covered solution. Confirm eligibility, contract scope and the software and related services you need. Covered purchases are available at or below the master agreement’s established rates.
  3. Complete the purchasing process. State Purchaser orders must go through Vermont’s Agency of Digital Services; competition among awarded contractors is required unless waived for the specific order. Additional Purchasers follow their applicable procurement policies.
  4. Prepare to launch. After the applicable order is in place, work with Projectdog on setup, onboarding and training within your agreed scope.
